General Rule
1. Tution fees for each month must be paid within 10th of respective month, otherwise a fine of Rs. 5/- will be charged for each month.
2. Caution money will be refunded after a student completes the course (3years Degree course) on production of the caution money receipt. If the caution money is not withdrawn within December, it will be forfeited automatically.
3. Students of (B.A. /B.Sc./B.Com.) 1st year and (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) 2nd year classes are advised to take provisional admissions to 2nd year and 3rd year classes after their Part-I and Part-II examination and attend classes as per college notifications.
  Students shall have to pay any fee omitted here or imposed later on by the college.
  All financial transactions are made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
  Every student must passes an Indentify Card to be issued by the college.
1. All the students must observe general discipline in all spheres of activity in the college.
2. Loitering in the verandah before the office and the library is strictly prohibited.
3. Students must not unnecessarily assemble before the Principal's Room, Staff Room, Office, Library Room and class rooms.
4. The use of the cycle stand for keeping bi-cycle is also Strictly necessary.
5. Students must also regularly see the college Notice Board for various information's.
6. Students shall receive the:
(a). University Registration Certificate
(b). Admit Card
(c). Mark Sheet
(d). Certificate, after showing respectively their
(i). Identity Card
(ii). Registration Certificate
(iii). Admit Card
(iv). Mark sheet.
7. The students of 1st year must fill in the University Registration form(availability of form will be notified on the notice board) positively within 4 months from the date of admission otherwise the college will bear no responsibility in this regard.
8. Students must attend more than 75% lectures delivered in each subject. If a student does not attend 60% of lectures delivered, he will become discollegiate i.e. shall become ineligible to appear at the University Examination.
9. Ragging in any form is prohibited in the college compus. If any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the authority, the concerned student shall be given liberty to explin and if his explaination is not found satisfactory, the authority would expel him from the institution.
  Disciplinary matters will be looked after by the Academic Subcommittee of the college.
